The Importance of Alkalinizing Your Body
Hopefully your hearing the buzz word these days about alkalinizing your body. Disease cannot live in an alkaline body. On the flip side all disease thrives in an acid system. Acid causes inflammation. Eating a diet high in sugar causes acid in the body. Sugar is in most things we eat and simple carbs also contain sugar.
Make sure you read the labels on products you are thinking about buying before you do, and avoid food products that contain a good deal of sugar. Your body should be 80% alkaline 20% acid and our diets should be 80% alkaline 20% acid. If our water is acid our cells will not absorb it.
If our cells are not getting water we become dehydrated. If we are dehydrated we will have high blood pressure arthritis, heart disease and diabetes and more. If you want to stay clear of these diseases drink more water that is alkaline eat more fruits and veggies.
